2. Right to Health Care ( Includes co operation between Developed and Developing Countries, Transfer of technology, Obligation of Governments towards their citizens)
3. Combating Defamation of Religion ( Includes combating Xenophobia, Restricting abuse of the Right to Free Speech, Encouraging tolerance in society )
